Chocolate

All courses are in Danish and take place in our kitchen: Ørstedsvej 19, 6760 Ribe. There are limited spots available, so it is first-come, first-served via email to tim@temperchokolade.com. Coffee, tea, juice will be served, and you will receive self-produced chocolate/flødeboller to take home. The course lasts approximately 3-3.5 hours and must be paid for when your spot is confirmed. If you have a gift card for the course, we will need the last 3 numbers on the back for registration.

Filled Chocolate

  • Decorating, tempering, moulding, filling and closing of chocolates

Flødeboller

  • Decorating, tempering, moulding, flødeboller foam, bottom layer and and closing of flødeboller.
