The secret to great food is great ingredients. To make sure that we can give you the best taste experience possible, we do our best to find the best ingredients to do justice to the wonderful chocolate we use from Valrhona. We have our own large garden and greenhouse and use local producers whenever possible.
We use only chocolate from Valrhona. They have a very large selection of world class chocolates to choose from and we take full advantage of that by using at least 25 different chocolates in our collection. This gives us lots of options for combining each chocolate with local ingredients.

Almost every chocolate we have contains butter from our local Dairy. Their butter is made the traditional way of letting the cream sour twenty four hours before turning into butter.
Our Coffee Guy
Keld is as passionate about coffee as we are about chocolate. We are blessed to have a close cooperation with him. He roasts beans for us weekly\bi-weekly making sure that your coffee is always made with freshly roasted beans.
